About Tree Hut Body Scrub
First of all, Tree Hut body scrub is a really pretty orange/pink sugar scrub that smells like mangos.
This item might pass for a higher-end product, even at the low price.
This is packaged like most sugar scrubs in a larger jar with a screw-on lid.
This scrub really excels at exfoliating because the sugar granules are as fine as table salt.
I considered the proportion of sugar to oils to be excellent; it had just the right amount of sugar to help exfoliate dead skin while also moisturizing.
What Are the Ingredients in Tree Hut Body Scrub?
What’s in this scrub that’s so tantalizing? Here’s the ingredient breakdown:
- Even after a thorough exfoliation, organic shea butter keeps your skin soft and supple thanks to its moisturizing qualities.
- The well-known all-natural ingredient evening primrose is known to reduce acne.
- Safflower Seed Oil: This plant oil is renowned for its ability to keep skin moisturized.
- Sweet almond: Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine both use this oil to treat minor cuts and wounds as well as to soften and soothe the skin.
- Avocado: This popular skincare ingredient is well-known for its wealth of skin-improving nutrients, including the antioxidants, omega-9 fatty acids, and the vitamins C and E.
- Natural anti-inflammatory and acne-fighting orange oil.
- Sugar Grains: These grains slough off any dirt, dead skin cells, and impurities still present on your skin without irritating or sensitizing it, making them much gentler on the skin than salt-based exfoliants.
Tree Hut doesn’t use any parabens or formaldehyde in any of the ingredients they use in their sugar scrubs or the rest of their product line, and they are all produced in the USA.
It’s also definitely worth noting that this mixture of exfoliants and hydrating ingredients leaves your skin polished and velvety-smooth, not drier like the other guys.
Who is Tree Hut Sugar Body Scrub Best For?
Tree Hut body scrub is best for those who love a sensorial shower experience and want their bathing routine to be as reminiscent of a spa as possible.
If you have dry skin, like I do, and need a formula that is both nourishing and physically exfoliating, I think this is a great option. Oh, and it makes a wonderful gift, too.
Tree Hut Body Scrub Texture & Smell
This is a sugar scrub with fine grains like the size of table salt.
It almost has a gel-like consistency, which is different from most sugar scrubs I’ve used, so the oils and sugar don’t really separate, which is great!
Tropical mangoes are exactly how Tree Hut Sugar Scrub smells, as described. It has a wonderful, energizing aroma!
Tree Hut Body Scrub Application Process
Like most sugar scrubs, this comes in a large jar without an easy way to dispense it.
Thankfully, using it in the shower makes it less of a problem, but each time I scooped it out with my hand, it was pretty messy and water got into the jar during application.
I really like that this is sort of a gel because it eliminated the need for me to mix it up like I had to with other scrubs in the past.
Exfoliating was incredibly simple because of how nice and fine the sugar grains are. To really make my skin feel smooth, I didn’t need to use a lot of pressure.
I had no trouble rinsing it all off with warm water. Which was nice, there was no oily film left behind on my skin.
Every time I used it, I realized I needed a lot, but I figured it was acceptable given the low price of $6.07 for 18 oz of product.

What Are Customers Saying About Tree Hut Body Scrub?
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews in my day, but that’s not the case for this body scrub. A small percentage of consumers err on the side of being overly critical, but the majority consider it essential.
Two reviewers mentioned that while they loved the smell and skin-softening benefits, they found the formula to be a little too “runny” and “watery.” Both my husband and I disagreed with it. My personal experience was that it was thick but spreadable.
Although it should go without saying, the scent might be too overpowering for those who are sensitive to scents, and I’m almost positive it won’t be a hit with people who only use fragrance-free products.
Is Tree Hut Body Scrub Good?
First of all, the fragrance is as heavenly as customers have said. It smells exactly like candy canes that have been crushed, and using it is incredibly opulent.
The thick texture makes the sugar grains visible without being overly irritating to the skin.
My skin felt smoother and softer to the touch after just one use. That comes as no great surprise considering that the body scrubs from Tree Hut contain a six-oil mixture consisting of avocado oil, macadamia oil, sweet orange oil, sweet almond oil, evening primrose oil, and safflower oil.
With this formula’s excellent hydration and physical exfoliation balance, I can use it with confidence even though I have dry skin.
Final Words on Tree Hut Body Scrub Review
After using this scrub for a while, I could definitely tell a difference in the brightness and tone of my skin.
I was impressed at how well Tree Hut body scrub worked over time, especially for the really cheap price.
I was able to use this less frequently than some other products I’ve used to avoid my skin drying out because it does such a great job exfoliating.
I thought it did a fantastic job all around. The cost is unquestionably justified.
