JK. Have we seen this before. But allow me to explain why it’s ideal for winter. First off, the skirt is a sweater skirt, making it comfortable. The matching sweater top is very fashionable and chic. I enjoy combining sets that coordinate.
It’s like donning an updated pant suit! Additionally, having accessories like this that are ideal neutrals (leopard!) that you can pair with other outfits.

This post dates back to my first year of blogging, so it’s a major throwback. I look like such a baby, hehe. Anyway, it’s obvious that pencil skirts are always in vogue, especially given that this post was published in 2014. Houndstooth is a timeless pattern that goes well with almost any color.

I would definitely rock this look to the office! And it would be a great excuse to finally get some green suede heels…

I believe my favorite winter outfit is this relaxed one! First, the pretty lavender sweater pencil skirt is so feminine.
A black pencil skirt would also work, and this skirt is available in black. The button-down shirt can be worn to work or out by layering it under a chic white blazer.
